Enrichment beyond the classroom

Our Dedication to Families

We aim to provide a nurturing, high-quality early childhood program where children build confidence, skills, and a love for learning in a safe, joyful environment.

Guided by Tibetan values of patience and compassion, we help children interact harmoniously with others and foster emotional well-being through meditation, nurturing them into kind, healthy, and happy global citizens.

Our Fun Learning Focus

Learning Through Play

Play is critical to children's healthy growth and development. Through play, they learn problem-solving, cooperation, and develop fine and gross motor skills. Play enriches learning and helps build important skills like inquiry, expression, experimentation, and teamwork.

Creative Expression

Creative expression engages children's imagination, encourages curiosity, and allows self-expression. Through activities like painting, music, and crafts, they have fun while developing critical thinking skills and exploring their environment.

Physical Activity

Physical activity not only helps children to achieve and maintain a healthy body, but it also helps to improve their confidence, self-esteem, social, cognitive, and emotional skills. It helps in building coordination, control, and strength of their bodies from an early age.

Music and Movement

Music and movement in the early childhood classroom is an important part of a child’s day. It helps develop gross motor skills, social skills, listening skills, and self-esteem. It helps the body and mind to connect while building motor skills and allowing children to develop and engage in their self-expression.

Meditation

We integrate meditation through developmentally-appropriate breathing exercises, playful yoga postures, relaxation techniques that help children release worry, build self-regulation, enhance imagination, and boost positive thinking.

Social and Emotional

Empathy, developed in early childhood, is key to positive social behavior. It helps children become kind, compassionate, tolerant, and aware of others' feelings. Our teachers model this behavior to create an empathetic classroom where every child feels valued and safe.
